Halloween looked a bit different this year as Sully took off with a group of buddies and hit the neighborhood. They were wild and giddy and about as excited as a group or 10/11 year old boys could be. It was fun to see him in his element.
The rest of us stuck to our usual routine with the Eries, the dads took the girls and Sara and I hung back to hand out candy and chat. It was an unusually cold year this year so everything was pretty abbreviated, although we still had close to 400 trick or treaters, maybe even a record year for us.
The only downfall was when Sully returned with his buddies, he had discovered that his Halloween bag had a hole in it so he came back with only a few pieces of candy. Many thanks to friends who donated to his cause.
