Shortly after we returned from Banff, we took the kids on a surprise after school adventure to Finny Minni Farms to meet Olaf. Olaf is a rescue bunny that we get to sponsor and visit anytime we want. Because of our kids’ allergies, we can’t have on of our own, so this is a great alternative. He is white and fully and the cutest thing. We are looking forward to getting to know him better.
Greta and Anna finished out the week by getting their ears pierced. They were so excited, and a bit nervous. Greta should have either gone first or not watched Anna go first. Ultimately, she was so brave... she was so scared but was excited to walk out with her new earrings. She looks so grown up, I’m so proud of her!
Dave and I celebrated our 13th anniversary with a fancy dinner with the kids. We took them to R Wine Bar for pasta and steak. For the most part, the kids were really good, they loved the fancy outing and loved celebrating with us.
